Work begins only after you approve a written quote or agreement, which governs the scope, schedule, price and terms of the project.

Quotes, Schedules and Site Conditions

Quotes and target schedules are based on conditions observed during the inspection. Hidden conditions found during work, such as rotted decking, and weather delays may affect scope or timing, and any change in scope is explained before additional work is done.

At your direction, we document damage, meet adjusters and file supplements for missed items. We are not public adjusters, do not negotiate claims for you and cannot promise any claim decision or payment. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy.
