Coordinating the Roof Side of Your Claim

Claims tend to stall for familiar reasons: thin documentation, a missed adjuster appointment, an estimate that skips part of the job and no one chasing the gaps. We run the roof portion of your claim as a project with checkpoints. Checkpoint one is evidence. Our crew climbs, photographs each storm-related mark plane by plane and takes measurements so that any estimate's quantities can be tested. Checkpoint two is the adjuster visit. We line up a time and stand on the roof alongside your adjuster, walking through the log. Checkpoint three is the estimate. Once it arrives, it is compared item by item with the photographed and measured conditions, and gaps such as an overlooked plane, edge metal, starter, membrane or vents are sent back in a supplement with supporting pictures and figures. Checkpoint four is the finished work and the closing paperwork, delivered so the file can be completed. Boundaries matter, so here they are: public adjusting is not our trade, haggling with the insurer stays off our task list, and nobody can forecast what an insurer will decide. You hold the policy and make every call. We keep the record complete and the timeline moving.
