From Storm Report to Finished Repair

When a storm moves through, our first task is a fast, accurate account of what it did to your roof, and our second is turning that account into a written scope with a start date. The crew climbs and works the roof plane by plane. On asphalt, hail tends to leave random dark spots where the stone coating has been knocked away and the mat underneath has fractured, usually worst on the planes that faced the weather. The metal tells the same story in dents: vent hoods, wall metal, eave trim and gutter fronts record stone size and travel direction. Wind writes a different signature, with folded or missing shingles and unsealed strips bunched along eaves, rakes and the ridge line. A downed limb is less common, and where one landed we check the sheathing beneath for splits or holes. Each finding goes into a photo log tagged by location. That log produces a straight answer and a written scope: a targeted fix, a full re-roof or documentation for a claim. Once the date is set, the job runs on our standard site plan, with plantings covered, debris kept off the lawn, a pickup at the close of each workday and a magnet sweep at the end.
