About us
About Berkeley Lake Roofing
A roofing company that plans every job, protects every yard and cleans up every workday.
Why We Run Roofing Like Project Management
Berkeley Lake Roofing grew out of a simple frustration: roofing jobs that left homeowners with a new roof and a ruined yard. Crushed shrubs. Nails in the driveway for weeks. A pile of old shingles sitting on the lawn until the very last day. Nobody answering the phone in between.
We decided to manage every roof the way a good project manager runs any job. Plan it before it starts. Protect what is around the work area. Keep a schedule and report progress. Clean up at the end of every workday, not just at the finish. Close out with a walkthrough and a complete set of paperwork.
The roof itself gets the same discipline: a full inspection with photos, an itemized quote and an installation where shingles, flashing, ventilation and gutters are planned as one system. And a standard warranty is part of every installation, and broader shingle and workmanship warranty levels are offered for homeowners who want more coverage.
Our Goal on Every Job
A properly installed roof, a property that looks the way it did before we arrived, and a homeowner who always knew what was happening and when.
